    Counselling and Psychotherapy

    The terms Counselling and Psychotherapy are used interchangebly and synonymously. In practice Counselling tends to be a shorter process dealing with a specific or specific issues while psychotherapy allows for longer term and deeper exploration of underlying patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving.
    Psychotherapy enables you to understand your personal history and how negative patterns lead to emotional stress. With psychotherapy and the support of a psychotherapist, you can move from concern with problems and symptoms towards exploring different options of how you might lead a more fulfilling and authentic life. It helps you to accept and make necessary changes to live in a more constructive and fulfilling way.
